Diamond Circuit Mapping & Diagnostics, LLC (DCMD) was born out of real-world experience—not theory.

Hector Franquiz and his wife, Natalie, own and operate All-Star Handyman Services. A local handyman business that was built from the ground up by focusing on honesty, craftsmanship, and problem-solving. Over the years, they worked in hundreds of homes and properties, many of them older, where electrical panels were confusing, mislabeled, or completely undocumented. Time and again, they saw homeowners frustrated—and sometimes concerned about safety—because no one could clearly explain what controlled what.

At the same time, Hector noticed something important: even when electrical systems were functioning properly, the lack of clarity created unnecessary risk, delays, and anxiety. Breakers were guessed at. Lights and outlets were shut off blindly. Simple projects turned into complicated ones because no reliable documentation existed.

That same challenge was echoed by Jeremiah Orozco, owner of Orozco Smart Home Solutions, a company known for its professionalism and efficiency in luxury home entertainment system services. Jeremiah’s success comes from organization, clear communication, and doing things the right way the first time. In his work, he frequently encountered properties where electrical uncertainty slowed projects, complicated planning, or forced workarounds that could have been avoided with better information.

Through shared conversations and real job-site experience, it became clear that this wasn’t an isolated problem—it was a widespread gap in the industry.

DCMD was created to fill that gap.
